HFL Foundation was established in 2020 by Pavan Kumar BN. What began as a youth-driven initiative developed into a wider ecosystem connecting social service, education, community development, cybersecurity, technology and artificial intelligence.
At the Foundation's core is a simple idea: people matter, practical support matters, and showing up matters.

HFL Education focuses on students, government-school connections and underserved communities. The Foundation's supplied figures describe more than 500 students benefiting each year, connections with more than 15 government schools and work across more than 10 underserved areas. Its stated long-term ambition is to connect with 200 government schools by 2030.

HFL Educational Trust is identified separately within the wider HFL ecosystem. It is not the same label as HFL Foundation or HFL Education: the Trust represents the ecosystem's education-focused trust identity, while HFL Foundation leads the broader social-impact story and HFL Education describes student- and school-focused work. Specific legal registration, governance, programmes and operational details should be published only when verified.

HFL Community represents the people and volunteers who contribute to grassroots participation and connection. HFL Cyber focuses on cyber safety and rapid response, while HFL Tech, AgentMesh and Flux AI represent the wider technology and AI initiatives. These identities have distinct purposes and should not be confused with the Foundation itself.
