HFL is a nationwide initiative dedicated to social service, cyber protection, and political empowerment across India.

Founded in 2020 by Pavan Kumar one of the backbone organizations of the CJP Party.

We Don’t Stay Silent.

About Us

HFL was founded in 2020 by Pavan Kumar with a clear mission: to serve society, protect people digitally, and contribute to political empowerment where it is most needed on the ground and in the digital world.

HFL stands as one of the backbone organizations of the CJP Party, playing a key role in connecting grassroots communities with political representation and social justice.

HFL is the parent brand operating through two focused divisions: HFL Foundation and HFL Cyber.

HFL Foundation

HFL Foundation is dedicated to social service and humanitarian work. Since its inception, the Foundation has directly served over 5,000 people providing food, essential supplies, and hands-on support to those in need.

As one of the backbone organizations of the CJP Party, HFL Foundation bridges the gap between political leadership and ground-level communities, ensuring that the voices of the unheard reach the right places.

Our work is driven by action, accountability, and real-world impact — not slogans.

HFL Cyber

HFL Cyber is a nationwide cyber safety and rapid-response initiative powered by 250+ skilled volunteers across India.

"We Don't Stay Silent." — This is not just a slogan. It defines every action HFL Cyber takes to protect individuals and respond to digital harm.

Our team actively works to prevent and respond to cybercrime, with a strong focus on human-centered cases — including online abuse, exploitation, harassment, gender-based digital crimes, and threats against individuals.

Our volunteers handle thousands of cases and complaints annually, while also guiding hundreds of victims through FIR registrations and helping them navigate the correct legal process
